I dined at their restaurant, where the innovative menu offered a delightful fusion of classic and contemporary Irish dishes. The convenience of having great dining options right on our doorstep, such as the Old Storehouse and Elephant & Castle, complemented our exploration of the local culture. The room, situated on the third floor, was modern and pristine following a recent renovation, providing a comfortable retreat after our gastronomic adventures. the bar's variety of seating allowed us to unwind with a drink before heading out, enhancing our stay. Fitzsimons' culinary offerings and prime location make it a noteworthy option for food enthusiasts visiting Dublin.
